To send multiple files to a user who does not have a Handyfiles account, check the boxes on the left of all the files, then click on the Bulk Actions menu, and from the drop-down menu select Send.
The recipient will receive an email containing links to download the files. To make those links secure, set a Download Code for the account. When the recipient clicks to download the files, they will need to enter the Download Code.
To set a Download Code, mouse-over the Person icon in the top right, then click Account Details, set the code, and save. Only the account Administrator can do this.
