Only the account Administrator can manage users.
To manage users, mouse-over the Person icon in the top right and click Manage Users.
Each type of account has a maximum number of users. Basic and Plus accounts allow only one user. If you click Add New User, Handyfiles will let you add a user provided that your account type allows one more user to be added. If you need more users than your account type allows, you can upgrade your account and get more users.

To login as a user and see what they see, click on the magnifying glass beside their name.
To delete a user, click the red cross beside their name. Any files owned by that user will thereafter be owned by the account Administrator.
