Adding notes to a file or folder

Handyfiles enables you to add Notes to a file or folder.  To do this, right-click on the file or folder and click Notes.

When you add Notes, your ID and the date and time will be saved with the Notes.  A Notes icon will appear on the file or folder row in the Notes column.

When a file is added to the account by email, any text in the email’s subject and body is automatically added to the Notes for that file.
